Qualification and Experience:
Project Director:
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in the relevant field of development and infrastructure
- Proficiency in construction, contract writing, and building
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, and GPS/GIS will be preferred
- Expertise in project management and quality management systems certification
Chief Engineer (Quality Assurance):
Bsc civil Engineering
- Approximately 13 to 12 years of experience in the relevant field of development and construction
- Extensive work experience in a senior consultant role on large-scale infrastructure, development, and housing projects/roads
- Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
- Capability for close monitoring of project progress
Project Manager:
Bsc civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the construction of multi-story high-rise buildings and infrastructure development
- Expertise in PC-885 and the preparation of contractor bills
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and email communication
- PEC registration is mandatory
- Capability for close monitoring of projects
Quantity Surveyor:
- Approximately 5 years of field experience
- Competency in quantity surveying
- Capability for close monitoring of projects
