Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is a state-owned enterprise operating under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. PMDC is engaged in exploration, mining, and marketing of various minerals. As part of its commitment to professional capacity building, PMDC invites applications for its three-year Management Trainee Programme on a contractual basis.
This program offers extensive on-the-job training without establishing an employer-employee relationship and does not guarantee regular employment upon completion.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must hold Balochistan domicile.
- Must have at least one educational qualification (Matric or F.Sc) from Balochistan.
- Only graduates of 2024 are eligible.
- Selection is merit-based.
Available Disciplines & Qualifications:

Selection Process:
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test and interview.
- Final selection will be based on merit:
- 30% weightage on academic marks
- 40% weightage on test results
- 30% weightage on interview performance
- Selected candidates will receive a lump sum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
