Position Overview
currently seeking a dynamic Trainee Engineer to join our team in the RESPONSIBLE Packaging division. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Manager Sheeting/Convention Corrugated Packaging, gaining valuable experience in electrical and mechanical projects.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work on electrical/mechanical projects as directed by the Manager Sheeting/Convention Corrugated Packaging.
- Analyze production, waste, OEE, OE downtime reports for operational excellence.
- Ensure the quality of products and provide instructions to machine supervisors and operators for necessary actions.
- Train machine crew as needed.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
Reporting to: Manager Conversion
