Location: Plant Site – Faisalabad
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (advantageous)
Requirements:
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP systems (SAP expertise would be a plus).
Job Description: Hyundai Nishat Motor (Pvt) Ltd., a leading automotive company, is seeking a proactive and efficient candidate for the position of Management Trainee Officer / Executive – Plant Equipment & Process Enhancement. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling Plant Equipment Projects and coordinating Process Enhancement Activities in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Plant Equipment Projects from planning to project completion, ensuring coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the RFQ (Request for Quotation) phase of projects.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to implement process enhancement activities.
- Utilize AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP systems for project planning and documentation.
- Present project proposals and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards.
