Olympia Chemicals Limited, the producer of Soda Ash and Sodium Bicarbonate in Pakistan, requires the services of self-motivated and result-oriented individuals for the following positions at Plant Location Warcha, Tehsil Quaidabad, District Khushab (Punjab).
SENIOR/ASSISTANT MANAGER ELECTRICAL
- Qualification: B.Sc. Electrical Engineering in Power from an HEC-recognized university, verified by PEC/HEC.
- Experience: 10-11 years of working experience in large-scale process industries.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with Power House, Transformers, Power Cables, MV/LV Motors & VFDs, DG Sets, Overhead Lines.
- Budgeting & planning, cost estimations, drawings, root cause analysis, breakdown analysis, and SWOT analysis.
- Coordination with contractors/suppliers for electrical queries.
- People management skills, proactive approach, confident, problem solver, and computer literate.
- Preference: Degree holders in Electrical Power.
- Age: 40-45 years.
CHIEF GEOLOGIST
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Geology). M.Phil/Ph.D. in a Geology-related field will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years in the relevant field.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Knowledge and experience in Geological Mapping and Mineral exploration.
- Excellent project management skills, communication, and report writing skills.
- Familiarity with advanced technological tools and environmental regulations.
- Ability to prepare reports on findings for senior management decision-making.
- Consulting on various geology-related issues like waste management, resource management, coal extraction techniques, and more.
- Age: 50-65 years.
TRAINEE ENGINEER (MECHANICAL/CHEMICAL/HEALTH SAFETY)
For Trainee Engineer Mechanical:
- Qualification: Fresh B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering.
For Trainee Engineer Chemical:
- Qualification: Fresh B.Sc. Chemical Engineering.
For Trainee Engineer HSE:
- Qualification: Fresh B.Sc. Chemical Engineering.
- Benefits:

FITTER – ROTARY EQUIPMENT
- Qualification:
- DAE (Mechanical) with 3-5 years of experience.
- F.Sc. with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in a similar position.
- Experience:
- Rotary and Stationary equipment including preventive maintenance and overhauling of Compressors, Pumps, Gear Boxes/Agitators, Cooling towers, Rotary conveyors, Couplings.
- Practical knowledge of Bearings, Mechanical Seals, Flanges, O-rings, and Store Inventory.
- Background in Fertilizers, Petrochemical, or reputed process industry/Contractor preferred.
- Age: 30-35 years.
MILLWRIGHT
- Qualification: DAE in Mechanical Technology, F.Sc., or at least Matric.
- Experience: 08-15 years in alignment & overhauling of Rotary & Reciprocating Compressors, Centrifugal Pumps, Fans, Cooling Towers, Gearboxes, Centrifuge Machines, Screw Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors & Conveying Equipment (Conveyors & Elevators).
- Skills:
- Capability to read and understand Sectional Drawings, measuring tools, and spares.
- Experience in Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, or any reputed service contractors’ workshop with overhauling facilities of rotary equipment preferred.
- Fitting and alignment of tower fans.
- Good communication skills and the ability to update equipment records of spares, history & Preventive Maintenance.
- Age: 35-45 years.
PLANT OPERATOR
- Qualification: DAE Chemical/F.Sc. Pre-Engineering.
- Experience: 2-4 years in a continuous process industry, preferably Chemical/Petrochemical Industry.
- Skills: Experience with PLC and DCS control systems in operation.
- Age: Up to 30 years.
