Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria
1. Flight Inspector Pilot (EG-08)
- No. of Positions: 07
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Intermediate or equivalent.
- ATPL with type rating on a commercial transport aircraft.
- 5,000+ hours as Pilot in Command on commercial aircraft.
- Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) or Type Rating Instructor (TRI) endorsement.
- Experience in aviation safety management, risk assessment, and auditing.
- Pay Scale: Rs. 1,373,230/- per month (negotiable).
- Age Limit: Maximum 66 years (including age relaxation).
2. Additional Director Finance (EG-07)
- No. of Positions: 01
- Qualifications & Experience:
- CA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, CTP, MBA (Finance), or Master’s in Finance from HEC-recognized university.
- 12+ years of experience in a reputable finance organization.
- 5+ years in a senior management role in finance.
- Candidates from Big 4 firms are preferred.
- Pay Scale: Rs. 856,520/- per month with 5% annual increment.
- Age Limit: Maximum 57 years (including age relaxation).
3. Secretary CAA Board (EG-07)
- No. of Positions: 01
- Qualifications & Experience:
- 16 years of education from HEC-recognized institute.
- Law, Chartered Secretary, or Company Secretary experience preferred.
- 12+ years of experience; 2 years as Company Secretary preferred.
- Pay Scale: Rs. 873,370/- per month (negotiable).
- Age Limit: Maximum 57 years (including age relaxation).
4. Joint Director AAR (ANS Inspector) (EG-05)
- No. of Positions: 04
- Qualifications & Experience:
- 14 years of education from HEC-recognized university.
- ATC License with 10 years operational experience.
- Experience in CAA Regulatory & ANS Inspector Framework.
- Pay Scale: Rs. 484,057/- per month.
- Age Limit: Maximum 63 years (including age relaxation).
5. Joint Director AT & ER (EG-05)
- No. of Positions: 04
- Qualifications & Experience:
- 16 years of education in Business, Law, International Relations, Economics.
- 5+ years of aviation experience.
- Pay Scale: Rs. 345,457/- per month (negotiable).
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (including age relaxation).
6. Deputy Director CAA Board Secretariat (EG-03)
- No. of Positions: 01
- Qualifications & Experience:
- 16 years of education from HEC-recognized university.
- 6+ years of experience in a well-reputed government/private organization.
- Experience in Company Secretariat/Board Secretariat preferred.
- Pay Scale: Rs. 249,375/- per month with 5% annual increment.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (including age relaxation).
7. Assistant Director PEL (Examination) (EG-01)
- No. of Positions: 02
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2nd Division or higher from HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience in aviation preferred.
- Proficiency in auditing & IT is a plus.
- Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 – 563,168/- per month.
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (including age relaxation as per PCAA rules).
