1. Additional Director Air Transport (International Regulations) – EG-07
No. of Positions: 01
Quota: Merit
Pay Scale: Rs. 573,850 per month (with 5% annual increment) – Negotiable
Contract: 3 years (extendable)
Age Limit: Maximum 57 years (inclusive of relaxations)
Prescribed Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 16 years of education in economics, finance, accounting, statistics, aviation management, international law, business administration, or LLM (minimum 2nd Division).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Aviation and Aviation Management.
- At least 05 years in public/private sector organizations at middle management level.
- Strong knowledge of ICAO / IATA / aviation-related regulations.
- Bilateral agreements and negotiation experience preferred.
2. Additional Director / Flight Inspector Ops & Regulations – EG-07
No. of Positions: 01
Quota: Merit
Pay Scale: Rs. 573,850 per month (with 5% annual increment) – Negotiable
Contract: 3 years (extendable)
Age Limit: Maximum 57 years (inclusive of relaxations)
Prescribed Qualification & Experience:
- Pakistani National.
- Hold or have held an ATPL with type rating on a Commercial Transport Aircraft (MTOW ≥ 40,000 Kg).
- Minimum 2500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (MTOW ≥ 40,000 Kg).
- Minimum 10 years of commercial air transport flying experience.
- Knowledge of ICAO regulations, risk management, and airline operations.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Additional Director Aviation Promotion & Support Unit – EG-07

Quota: Merit
Pay Scale: Rs. 573,850 per month (with 5% annual increment) – Negotiable
Contract: 3 years (extendable)
Age Limit: Maximum 57 years (inclusive of relaxations)
Prescribed Qualification & Experience:
- Sixteen (16) years of education in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent from HEC.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in multi-national, government or semi-government organizations in:
- Management
- Business Development
- Public Relations
- Media Relations
- Social & Digital Media Management
- Strong understanding of ICAO SARPs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Safety Inspector PEL – EG-06

Quota: Merit
Pay Scale: Rs. 489,880 per month (with 5% annual increment) – Negotiable
Contract: 3 years (extendable)
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years (inclusive of relaxations)
Prescribed Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized Institution.
- Hold or have held Pakistani CPL or ATPL.
- Minimum 10 years of aviation experience.
- Safety oversight experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Must know ICAO Annexes & SARPs.
- Proficient in MS Office.
5. Sr. Joint Director ICAO Cell – EG-06

Pay Scale: Rs. 489,880 per month (with 5% annual increment) – Negotiable
Contract: 3 years (extendable)
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years (inclusive of relaxations)
Prescribed Qualification & Experience:
- LLB (minimum 2nd Division) or equivalent from HEC recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years experience in legal matters.
- Government or semi-government legal experience preferred.
6. Deputy Director IT Systems – EG-03

Prescribed Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecom, Electrical or Electronics (minimum 2nd Division).
- Minimum 06 years of system administration experience on Microsoft Windows & Linux platforms, HCI, SAN, virtualization, HA, DR, and cybersecurity.
