PRACS offers opportunities for suitably qualified, experienced professionals to serve in the subsidiary company of the Ministry of Railways against the following posts on a contract basis for the periods mentioned below. The contract may be extended on a month-to-month basis, if required, as per the terms and conditions of the contract.

| Resident Engineer | B.E Civil with a minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience or Masters in Civil Transportation Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in similar positions on various infrastructure works. Preference for experience on EPC, BOT, or design-built Contracts. |
| Expert Railway Track | B.E Civil Engineer with a minimum of 20 years of experience in Track Maintenance and Rehabilitation/laying of new Railway Tracks and knowledge of operation of Signaling and Telecommunication in Railways. |
| Scheduling/Planning Engineer | B.E Civil and Master in Project Management with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in similar positions on various infrastructure work. Preference for experience on EPC, BOT, or design-built Contracts. |
| Junior Engineer /ARE | B.E Civil with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience or Masters in Civil Transportation Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in similar positions on various infrastructure works. Preference for experience on EPC, BOT, or design-built Contracts. |
| Geo-Technical Engineer | B.E Civil and Masters in Geotechnical Engineering or Construction Materials or equivalent with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in similar positions on various infrastructure projects. |
| Senior Quantity Surveyor | B.E Civil with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience or 3 Years diploma in civil with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in similar positions. |
| Site Inspector | B.E Civil with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience or Diploma in Civil with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in similar positions on various infrastructure projects. |
| Signal & Telecommunication Inspector | B.E Electronics/Electrical or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience or 3 Year Diploma in electrical equivalent with a minimum of 15 years of maintenance/laying of Railway Signaling and Telecommunication system. Preference for experience in Pakistan Railways. |
| Railway Track Inspector | B.E Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience or 3 Years Diploma in Civil with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in maintenance/laying of railway infrastructure. Preference for experience in Pakistan Railways. |
| Railway Traffic Inspector | Graduate with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience or 3 Years Diploma with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in Railway traffic operations. Preference for experience in Pakistan Railways. |
| Material Inspector | B.E Civil with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience or Diploma in Civil with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in similar positions on various infrastructure work. |
| Quantity Surveyor | B.E Civil with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience or Diploma in Civil with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in similar positions on various infrastructure works. |
| Surveyor | Diploma in Civil with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in similar positions on various infrastructure projects related to the construction of new highways, Railways, or canal projects. Must be conversant with the operation of Total Station, GIS, and other survey instruments. |
| Laboratory Technician | 3 years of experience as a laboratory technician or equivalent and 15 years of post-qualification experience as a laboratory technician in infrastructure projects, with expertise in testing and analyzing construction materials, procurements, and structures. |
