Police Communication Officer
Location: Various cities in Punjab, Pakistan
Job Description:
(PSCA) are hiring 208 Police Communication Officers to support our operations across 16 districts and 2 tehsils of Punjab. As a Police Communication Officer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication within law enforcement agencies and ensuring efficient coordination during emergencies.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication channels within the police department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Assist in coordinating responses to emergencies and incidents.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all communication activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve communication processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (IT), Telecommunications, or related field.
- Age limit: 21-25 years for males and 21-28 years for females.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent English and Urdu communication skills (spoken and written).
- Experience in a police department, IT project, or call center is advantageous.
