To extend the Rescue 1122 services in Sindh, IDA Sindh Flood Emergency Rehabilitation Project invites applications from all eligible, motivated, physically fit, and active professionals possessing the required qualifications and experience for the following vacancies.
Qualifications and Experience for Each Position:
- Rescue Drill Instructor (Ex-Armed Forces)
- Grade: PPS-04
- Number of Vacancies: 2
- Location: Karachi
- Qualifications: Intermediate/DAE with a relevant certified instructor certificate
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years as an instructor in any reading center/PMA
- Fire Drill Instructor (Ex-Armed Forces/Civil Defense Emergency)
- Grade: PPS-04
- Number of Vacancies: 2
- Location: Karachi
- Qualifications: Intermediate/DAE with a relevant certified instructor certificate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as an instructor in the relevant field with expertise in rescue methodologies
- Water Rescue Instructor (Ex-Navy/Maritime Coast Guard Civilian)
- Grade: PPS-04
- Number of Vacancies: 2
- Location: Karachi
- Qualifications: Intermediate/DAE with a relevant certified instructor certificate
- Experience: Certified in lifeguard operations and survival courses with at least 2-5 years of experience in the relevant field

Instructions for Candidates:
- All positions are based in Karachi and require extensive travel to support the initial and trial rescue staff.
- Original CNIC and test slip are mandatory for the entry test.
- Physical fitness assessment will be conducted as per the recruitment policy.
- Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period after the interview.
Medical Screening Note:
Candidates with physical disabilities, weak eyesight, or BMI over 30, or those diagnosed with hepatitis (STD, RPR, HIV (B&C)), are deemed unsuitable. Candidates will undergo medical, psychological, and physical screening tests before employment.
