The SFERP World Bank Funded Project involves the institutional strengthening of Rescue 1122 to provide emergency services on major highways and motorways. There is an urgent need for staff for 16 satellite stations, and 7 staff positions will be deployed on M9, NS, and N55 highways.

Deployment Locations:
- Major highways in Sindh province (M9, N5, N55)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Emergency Medical Technician:
- Qualification: Nursing or medical degree/diploma (second division) from a recognized board, university, or council
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in any emergency rescue organization, government sector hospital, ambulance service, or emergency care setup
- Age: 20-42 years
- Driver:
- Qualification: Middle pass with LTV/Motorcar license (preference to those with matriculation and relevant experience)
- Age: 20-35 years
- Note: Candidates without an LTV license must obtain it within 6 months of the probation period.
Instructions for Candidates:
- Emergency Service Employees: Expected to be physically and mentally fit to handle high-pressure situations such as accidents, trauma emergencies, passenger rescue from car or bus wreckage, and patient transfer under medical intervention to nearby hospitals.
- Selection and Training: Final selection will be made after successful completion of training. A stipend will be provided during the training period.
- Physical Fitness Assessment: Conducted according to recruitment policy.
- Medical Screening: Candidates with physical disabilities, poor vision (6/18), color blindness, BMI over 30, or diseases like Hepatitis (STD, RPR, HIV) are not eligible. All tests will be conducted at designated hospitals and laboratories.

- Pay the test fee at any online branch of HBL or UBL.
- Send the filled application form along with the paid deposit slip to PTS Headquarters, 3rd Floor, Adeel Plaza, Fazal Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad.
- Complete Application:
- Only complete and correctly filled applications will be accepted.
- All documents will be temporarily accepted, with final appointment subject to document verification, police clearance, SFERP medical board clearance, and successful completion of training.
- Tests:
- Written and psychological tests will be held after the physical fitness test. Original CNIC and roll number slip are mandatory for the test.
- Candidates are not allowed to bring cell phones to the test centers.
