Important Information before Applying: Diya Pakistan Scholarship 2023
- Online Web Application System is for Graduation and Master Level students only.
- PhD and MPhil students are not eligible for Diya Scholarship, except for direct MPhil after Graduation.
- School and Intermediate level students should apply through their Schools/Institutes.
- Diya Pakistan provides scholarships in Govt. institutes only.
- Students with scholarships over Rs. 25000 per annum from other organizations are not eligible.
- Minimum 60% marks are required at all levels.
- First-time applicants must fill out the Online Scholarship Application and upload scan documents.
- Application review may take 30 to 45 days. Check the status weekly on the website.
- Application status: Clarify, Incomplete, Complete, Not Accepted, Approved.
- After approval, the cheque will be sent to your Institute within 10 to 30 days.
- Scholarship payment is fiscal yearly (July to June ). Renewal possible for continuing courses.
- Students who were “Not Accepted” or provided fake documents/information cannot reapply.

If you studied in Private College at Intermediate Level then provide Fee receipt or Payment Certificate from College about your dues.

- Self CNIC
- Father CNIC
- Mother CNIC
- Guardian’s CNIC (if different from applicant’s parents)
- Matric Certificate
- Family Registration Certificate from NADRA
- Intermediate Certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree (for Master Level Program applicants)
- Hifz Certificate (for Hafiz Al-Quran, additional 5% marks)
- Disability Certificate (if applicable)
- University Semester/Yearly result certificates
- Fee Receipts or Bank Challan for the current year
- Salary Slip (for employed guardians)
- Pension document (for pensioner guardians)
- Enrollment Certificate of siblings (if father/guardian is non-salaried)
- Electricity Bill
- College Card
- Fee receipt or Payment Certificate from Private College (for Intermediate Level students)
