Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) is a leading Public utility Company dealing with the power sector and operates its business of distribution of electricity serving more than 5.27 million customers in Eight (08) Districts of Punjab namely Faisalabad, Chiniot, Sargodha, Jhang, T.T. Singh, Khushab, Mianwali & Bhakkar.
Applications are invited from energetic and enthusiast graduates to join a bright career in FESCO to fill the following positions on an open contract on Lump Sum Pay Package, initially for a period of six months probation after which the contract shall be confirmed.
Qualification and Experience
- Junior Engineer/SDO
- No of Posts: 20
- Qualification: BSc/B.E/BS (Bachelor of Science) in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering in 1st Division from any HEC recognized University and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Age: Up to 33 years
- Revenue Officer
- No of Posts: 03
- Qualification: M.A (Stats), MA (Math), M.Com, MBA, M.Sc (Computer Science), B.Sc (Engineering), M.A (Economics) or 04 years/08 Semester Honor (in above disciplines) from any HEC recognized University.
- Age: Up to 33 years
- A.D (HR/Admin)
- No of Posts: 03
- Qualification: MBA/MPA/MA(HRM)/M.Com/M.Sc Computer Science) or equivalent/M.Sc or Master in Economics, English, Statistics or Mathematics or BS/Equivalent 4 years (8 semesters Honors) in relevant disciplines with 1st Division from HEC recognized University/Institute.

- A.D (Legal/Labour)
- No of Posts: 01
- Qualification: Bachelor in Law/BALL.B. from HEC recognized University/Institute.

SALARY PACKAGE:
Lump Sum Package of Rs.150,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Thousand Only) per month which includes all fringe benefits, perks and allowances etc. Annual Increment and Career Progression etc. shall be governed under FESCO BOD approved policy. The candidates will be eligible for promotions, based on FESCO Performance Management System.
