IESCO is actively looking for high caliber professionals for the following C-Level positions to lead the respective departments and will report to CEO/Board of Directors IESCO.
Here are the qualifications and experience requirements for each of the C-Level positions at Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO):
- Chief Commercial Advisor:
- 16-year degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years at a senior management level.
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, market research, and analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Chief HR & Career Planning Officer:
- 16-year degree (MBA/MS) preferably in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years at a senior management level.
- Certifications/courses in HR from reputable institutions (national/international) will be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Chief Supply Chain Management Officer:
- 16-year degree (MBA/MS) in Supply Chain/Operations Research or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years at a senior management level.
- Certifications/courses in Supply Chain Management from reputable institutions will be advantageous.
- Chief Technical/Engineering Advisor:
- 16-year degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years at a senior management level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Chief IT Officer:
- 16-year degree (Master’s preferred) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years at a senior management level.
- Broad knowledge of Information Systems, including Software, Languages, Frameworks, Techniques, and Industry Trends.
