Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Company (Private) Limited is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions:
Sr. Position: Director
- Location: Islamabad
- Minimum Qualification & Experience Required:
- A graduate Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics) with a minimum of 15 years’ experience, including at least 05 years of relevant experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an additional Master’s in Business Administration or a related field.
- Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with CE(O&M) for the minimum level of spare parts/inventory required for the power house.
Sr. Position: Director (HR & Admin)
- Location: Islamabad
- Minimum Qualification & Experience Required:
- MBA/MPA/MA in HR/M.Sc. (Computer Science).
- 12 years of administrative experience in BPS-18/19 in Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous Body.
- Pay Package: Lump sum (BPS-19)
- Responsibilities:
- Formulating HR policies and developing the HR Manual of the company.
- Developing and reviewing the organizational structure.
