HIRING OF IT, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, AND OTHER STAFF
Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) invites applications from experienced and qualified professionals for multiple positions. The appointments are on a contract basis for an initial period of three (3) years, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

Qualifications and Experience
1. Additional Director Security Compliance (PPG-8)
- Education: Bachelor’s (4 years) or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunication from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Certifications: CISSP or CISM (preferred).
- Experience:
- 5 years of technical experience in cybersecurity and information security risk.
- At least 2 years’ experience with data loss prevention tools.
- Proficiency in information systems auditing, ISO/IEC 22001, and ITIL standards.
2. Assistant Director (App Dev) (PPG-6)
- Education: Master’s in IT/Computer Science or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience:
- 3 years in Mobile Application Design and Development (iOS, Android).
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, RESTful APIs, and app deployment.
3. Assistant Director (Database) (PPG-6)
- Education: Master’s in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 3 years in database design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Expertise in query optimization, security, and database collaboration with cross-functional teams.
4. Deputy Director IT Security Compliance (PPG-7)
- Education: Bachelor’s (4 years) or Master’s in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Certifications: CISSP, COBIT 5.0, or equivalent.
- Experience: 8 years in IT, with 2 years coordinating public/private government departments.
5. Assistant Director (Solution Architect) (PPG-6)
- Education: Master’s in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 3 years in software development and coding (.NET, PHP, SQL).
- Proficiency in software architecture design and modern programming languages.
6. Assistant Director (DevOps) (PPG-6)
- Education: Master’s in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 3 years in designing and implementing DevOps strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps.
7. Assistant Director (Data Center Operations) (PPG-6)
- Education: Master’s in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 3 years in managing IT infrastructure and NOC operations.
- Expertise in critical services deployment and disaster recovery.
8. Assistant Director Procurement (PPG-6)
- Education: Master’s in Project Management, Public Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 3 years in procurement management for large organizations.
9. Assistant Director (Network Administration) (PPG-6)
- Education: Master’s in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 3 years in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds.
