Recently i done my graduation but my result is not announced and my uni will give transcript that will be duplicate , in may or june can i apply for the operator and unfortunately in ICS i scored very low marks that are 66% but in matric and CS i have scored good marks (matric 827/ 1100 and 3.83 /4).
