Admin Manager:
- Experience of at least 10 years in administrative and legal matters required.
- LLB degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Transfer Manager:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field required.
- Preferably 5 years of experience as a transfer manager in a housing society.
Transfer Supervisor:
- Seven years of experience required, with a minimum of 5 years in the transfer department of a reputable society.
- Experience in maintaining accurate records of society files preferred.
HSE Officer (Health, Safety, and Environment):
- Experience in health and safety matters essential.
- Diploma holders in health and safety will be given preference.
- Specifically, 5 years of experience in electricity health safety required.
- Experience in providing health safety training to staff is a plus.

Building Department:
