Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company (PIEDMC) is a not-for-profit organization incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act 2017) by the Government of Punjab. PIEDMC is tasked with achieving orderly, planned, and rapid industrialization in Punjab by developing new industrial estates and upgrading existing ones.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following positions:
Job Positions

| General Manager (Coordination) | Master’s in a relevant field (18 years of education). Civil Engineering degree holders (PEC accredited) preferred. | Minimum 15 years of experience, including leadership and coordination roles. Candidates with expertise in inter-branch collaboration preferred. |
| General Manager (Planning & Contracts) | BSc Civil Engineering (PEC accredited) with Master’s in a related field (18 years of education). | 15+ years in procurement-related roles, PPRA rules compliance, and procurement audit. |
| Senior Manager (Coordination) | Graduation (16 years of education). Civil Engineering or Master’s (18 years) preferred. | 12+ years of experience in coordination and leadership roles. |
| Senior Manager (Planning & Contracts) | BSc Civil Engineering (PEC accredited) and Master’s preferred (18 years of education). | 12+ years of experience in contracts, procurement, and audit compliance, including familiarity with PPRA rules. |
| Senior Manager (HR) | Graduation (16 years of education). Master’s (18 years) preferred. | 12+ years in HR leadership, including recruitment, payroll, performance appraisals, and HRIS. |
| Senior Manager (Admin & Security) | Graduation (16 years of education). Master’s (18 years) preferred. | 12+ years in administration and security leadership. Candidates experienced in managing high-level visits/meetings are preferred. |
| Senior Manager (I&CT) | Bachelor’s in IT (16 years of education) or Master’s in IT/Computer Sciences (18 years of education). | 12+ years in IT project management, infrastructure deployment, cybersecurity, and technology scaling. |
| Chief Engineer | BSc Civil Engineering (PEC accredited). Master’s preferred (18 years of education). | 15+ years of experience, including leading mega infrastructure projects. PMP certification and experience with MS Project/Primavera are preferred. |
