| Electrical & Mechanical Engineer | – Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering – 10 years of experience in HVAC, electrical works – Preference for USAID, ADB project experience – Expertise in AutoCAD, MS Office |
| Site Engineer | – Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering – 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects – USAID, ADB project experience preferred – Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office |
| Procurement Specialist | – Master’s in Business Administration or relevant field – 10 years of experience in procurement – Familiarity with ADB/World Bank procurement guidelines |
| Contract Management Specialist | – Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field – 10 years of experience in contract management – ADB, World Bank project experience preferred |
| Draftsman | – Diploma in Civil Drafting – 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects – Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office |
| IT Specialist | – Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or IT – 5 years of relevant experience – Strong knowledge of IT systems and networking |
| Office Assistant | – Bachelor’s degree in any discipline – 2 years of administrative experience – Proficiency in MS Office |
| Computer Operator | – Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field – 3 years of experience in data entry and office automation – Expertise in MS Office |
| Accounts Officer | – Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance/Accounting – 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management – Experience in public sector projects preferred |

Eligibility Criteria
