Descon Industrial Services Division in Pakistan is currently seeking skilled and experienced individuals for the following temporary positions:
1. Incharge or Lead Mechanical / Piping / Equipment
- B.E Mech/ DAE Mech, with over 8 to 12 years of experience in Execution of Plant Maintenance & Shutdowns. Must have sound knowledge in Static Equipment, Fabrication, Testing, and Erection.
2. Lead Engineer Mechanical/ Piping/Equipment
- BE Mech/ B.Tech With over 8 to 12 years of experience in Execution of Plant Maintenance & Shutdowns. Must have sound knowledge in Static Equipment, Fabrication, Testing, and Erection.
3. Lead Rigging / E&P
- B.E Mech., with over 8 to 12 years of experience in Shutdown, performing all tasks related to Lifting of different jobs with different equipment according to Rigging Study. Experience in maintenance of all equipment and machinery deployed at a project site.
4. Supervisor Mechanical/Piping/Rigging/Scaffolding/E&P/Insulation/Refractory/Rotary/Instrumentation
- DAE Mech. with over 8 to 12 years of experience in Execution of Plant Maintenance, Operations & Shutdowns.
5. Incharge Planning
- B.E Mech, with over 10 to 15 years of experience in Site Planning of Plant Maintenance & Shutdowns. Should be able to capture progress at the site. Primavera-6 experience shall be preferred.
6. Lead/Engineer Planning
- B.E Mech. with over 5 to 10 years experience in Site Planning of Plant Maintenance & Shutdowns. Should be able to capture progress at the site. Primavera-6 experience is mandatory.
7. Area Planner
- B.E Mech., with over 3 to 5 years of experience in Site Planning of Plant Maintenance & Shutdowns. Should be able to capture progress at the site. Primavera-6 experience shall be preferred.
8. Lead/Engineer/Supervisor QC
- BE Mech./Metallurgical Engineering with 5 to 12 years of experience in a relevant QA/QC position of Plant Maintenance & Shutdowns (Static Equipment).
9. Lead/Engineer/Supervisor HSE
- DAE/BE Mechanical/Chemical/Diploma Safety+ NEBOSH with over 5 to 12 years of experience in a relevant position in Execution of Plant Maintenance & Shutdowns.
10. Lead/Engineer Rotating Equipment – BE Mech/B.Tech With over 8 to 12 years of experience in Execution of Plant Maintenance & Shutdowns. Must have sound knowledge in Rotating Equipment (compressors, turbines, pumps, blowers).
11. Coordinator Material/Supervisor Store – Graduate/DAE with over 8 to 10 years of experience in Plant Maintenance Shutdowns.
12. Fitter – Experience of 3 to 5 years in Shutdown/Project.
13. Fabricators – Experience of 3 to 5 years in Shutdown/Project.
14. Riggers – Experience of 3 to 5 years in Shutdown/Project.
15. Insulators – Experience of 4 to 5 years in Shutdown/Project.
16. Refractory Mason – Experience of 4 to 5 years in Shutdown/Project.
17. Sand Blaster – Experience of 3 to 5 years in Shutdown/Project.
18. Painter – Experience of 3 to 5 years in Shutdown/Project.
19. Scaffolders – Experience of 5 to 7 years in Shutdown/Project.
20. Electrical Technicians – Experience of 5 to 7 years in Shutdown/Project.
21. Instrument Technicians – Experience of 3 to 5 years in Shutdown/Project.
22. Millwrights – Experience of 5 to 7 years in Shutdown/Project.
23. Welders – Experience of 3 to 5 years in Shutdown/Project.
24. Stand By Men – Experience of 3 to 5 years in Shutdown/Project.

Application Submission and Interview Locations
All applicants must have extensive experience in the petrochemical plants of the refinery and oil and gas sector. Interviews will be conducted from 9 AM to 4 PM.

- Sadiqabad: Descon Technical Institute and Kashif National High Way, By-Pass Road, Sadiqabad.
