Local Government & Community Development Department (LG&CDD)
The Government of Punjab is hiring Project Incremental Staff for the Project Coordination Unit under the Developing Resilient Environment and Advancing Municipal Services (DREAMS-I) initiative. Applications are invited from qualified and experienced individuals on a contract basis for one (1) year (extendable based on performance).

| Contract Management Expert (01 Post) | – Graduate/Postgraduate in Corporate Law, Project Management, or a related field. – 5 years of general experience with at least 2-3 years in Urban Sector Development (proven track record in project implementation). – Public sector experience with focus on climate resilience. – In-depth technical knowledge of Local Rules & Laws, policies, and urban water sector regulations. – Proven knowledge of FIDIC and large development projects. |
| Legal Reforms & Compliance Expert (01 Post) | – Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Sciences, Law, or Urban Governance. – 5 years of general experience (with at least 2-3 years in Urban Development/Municipal Services). – Public sector experience with focus on legal reforms, compliance, and capacity building. – Expertise in Local Rules & Laws, urban sector policies, and compliance management. |
| Gender Associate Expert (01 Post) | – Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (Gender Studies preferred). – 4+ years of experience in project support for social development and gender issues. – Demonstrated expertise in gender-related projects (especially in South Punjab). – Strong skills in coordinating projects with diverse stakeholders. – Experience in community mobilization, project monitoring, reporting, and communication. – Proven ability to coordinate gender interventions at multiple levels. |
| Deputy Director Procurement & Contracts (01 Post) | – Master’s degree in Procurement & Contracts Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Law. – 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, contract management, and bids administration. – 3+ years of experience in similar roles within comparable organizations. – Strong written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and IT & data handling expertise. |
