Job Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:
- Planning, scheduling, and managing preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Managing suppliers, contractors, and plant improvement for enhanced reliability.
- Study new and existing machinery to improve equipment efficiency and budget maintenance works.
- Investigate and report the causes of product non-conformances and customer complaints.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- B.Sc. Engineering with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to lead production and maintenance teams, find solutions, achieve objectives, and drive completion.
- Strong leadership skills, good organizational and planning abilities.
- Ensuring plants achieve availability targets by managing maintenance costs and executing jobs with a high level of safety.
