Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria
1. Front Office & Guest Services
- Guest Service Agent (GSA)
- System Expertise: Mandatory proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS).
- Requirements: Seamless check-in/check-out execution, cash handling, and fluent English communication for luxury guest engagement.
- Bellman cum Driver
- Requirements: Valid UAE Driving License. Prior hotel bell desk experience assisting guests with luggage transfers, parking, and concierge transport support.
2. Food & Beverage Service & Management
- F&B & Banquet Executive
- System Expertise: Hands-on mastery in Opera and Micros POS systems.
- Requirements: Demonstrated background handling restaurant operations, banqueting setups, guest billings, and team shift assignments.
- Hostess
- Requirements: Excellent customer relations, poised presentation, reservation management, and guest greeting etiquette.
- Waiters / Service Staff
- Requirements: Previous experience in a recognized 4-star or 5-star hotel restaurant, attentive table service, and upselling capabilities.
3. Culinary & Kitchen Operations
- Chef De Partie – Pastry
- Requirements: Professional baking/pastry certifications. Proven capability crafting signature desserts, viennoiserie, breads, and banquet sweet presentations.
- Chef De Partie – Hot Kitchen
- Requirements: Track record managing hot line stations, menu consistency, food hygiene compliance (HACCP), and team coordination during peak service.
- Commis III
- Requirements: Basic commercial culinary background, strong mise-en-place preparation skills, and willingness to learn under senior chefs.
4. Wellness & Recreation
- Spa Therapist
- Requirements: Recognized international therapy/massage certifications, practical knowledge of holistic wellness treatments, and guest consultation skills.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria
- Current Location: Candidates must be physically present inside the UAE for in-person interviews and culinary food trials.
- Hospitality Background: Verifiable prior experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels or premium restaurants.
