Qualifications and Skills:
- For Faculty Positions:
- PhD in the relevant field.
- Adequate experience as per HEC criteria.
- Chinese Language Instructor:
- Must have B2 level in Chinese Language.
- Previous work experience in Chinese language teaching will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lab Engineers (Hospitality):
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience and TVET sector experience.
- Bachelors in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
- Finance/Budget Positions:
- CA/ACCA/MS/BS or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience in budget planning, financial operations, and ensuring compliance with financial obligations and procedures.
- Procurement/Supply Chain Management:
- Experience in procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution as per PPRA guidelines.
Key Responsibilities (Deputy Director/Assistant Director – NSDD):
- Planning and developing vocational training programs, including curriculum development and program evaluation.
- Managing instructors, student recruitment, and overseeing program implementation.
