1. MEP Technician
- Education: ITI or Diploma certification in a relevant technical trade.

- Key Skills: Team scheduling, conducting staff training, inventory oversight, and professional client grievance resolution.
- Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; specialized hospitality certification is an added advantage.
3. Room Attendant
- Experience: Hands-on experience in hotel or executive residential housekeeping operations.
- Standards: Sound knowledge of modern sanitation, hygiene, and room cleanliness protocols.
- Profile: Strong communication skills with prompt guest-handling capabilities.
