The Department of Environment, Climate Change, and Coastal Development, Government of Sindh, has announced vacancies for the multiple positions. Skilled and qualified candidates holding domiciles of Sind for following the screening test (graduate level) cleared by Sukkur IBA Testing Service. The required educational qualifications and experience for each position are as follows:
Environmental Inspector
- Number of Positions: 78
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science from an HEC recognized university with at least a second division. (BPS-14)
Field Assistant
- Number of Positions: 27
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science from an HEC recognized university with at least a second division. (BPS-14)
Laboratory Assistant
- Number of Positions: 21
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science from an HEC recognized university with at least a second division. (BPS-14)
Junior Stenographer
- Number of Positions: 09
- Minimum intermediate (HSC) with a typing speed of 35 words per minute and a shorthand speed of 80 words per minute. (BPS-14)
Account Assistant
- Number of Positions: 33
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from an HEC recognized university with at least a second division.
Data Processing Assistant
- Number of Positions: 38
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university with at least a second division.

Candidates should submit their applications along with the required documents before 24-07-2023 to the Office of Director-General, Sindh Environmental Protection Agency, Plot No. 2/1-ST, Sector 23, Shahrah-e-Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
General Instructions:
- Graduation from an HEC recognized university.
- Age limit: 21-30 years.
- Proficiency in English shorthand (120 words per minute) and typing speed (35 words per minute) from an SBTE or Sindh Board of Technical Education recognized institute.
- Proficiency in MS Office from a recognized institute.
- Second division in Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university (14 years of education).
- Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE) recognized diploma in Information Technology (30-21 years).
- Candidates should submit their applications along with the required documents within 15 days to the Office of Director-General, Sindh Environmental Protection Agency, Plot No. 2/1-ST, Sector 23, Shahrah-e-Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
- Interested candidates must submit their applications on the provided official website form at https://epa.sindh.gov.pk.
- Candidates applying for more than one position must submit separate applications for each position.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
- The government of Sindh will follow the policy/laws regarding minorities, women, disabled individuals, and transgender persons.
- Candidates already serving in government positions should apply through proper channels.
- Age relaxation is allowed as per the policy of the Government of Sindh.
Candidates shortlisted for the specific job will be notified for written tests and interviews.
