Lucky Renewable (Private) Limited, a subsidiary of YBG, represents a significant stride towards sustainable green energy. It operates as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) within the corporate structure of a private limited company. The primary focus of LRPL is the exclusive development of a 50 MW Wind Power Project located in Deh Kohistan, Jhimpir, District Thatta. Since commencing commercial operations in September 2021, the project has been consistently supplying electricity to the national grid. The wind turbines used in the project are state-of-the-art WTG units manufactured by Siemens Gamesa China. The electrical balance of plants has been sourced from various reputable vendors, while the construction activities have been carried out by Hydro China International Engineering Company Limited and Orient Energy Systems (Private) Limited. The financing for the project has been secured through a consortium of local and foreign lenders.
