Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Company (NJHPC) Pvt Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Advisor (Technical/Contracts). The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and handling contractual matters related to the project. The appointment will be on a contract basis for a period of one year, subject to extension based on satisfactory performance and company requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: BS in Civil Engineering from an HEC recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 25 years of experience in the Water Resources/Hydropower Sector with specialized experience in technical and contractual matters.
Pay Package: A competitive market-based lump sum pay package will be offered, commensurate with the individual’s experience and qualification.
Mandate / Charter of Duties:
- Assist in dealing with all technical matters and issues related to the project.
- Provide advice on contractual matters such as variation orders, claims, and arbitration.
- Offer insights and advice for achieving effective project governance.
- Assist in dealing with consultancy service matters, particularly those involving Foreign Consultants.
- Provide advice in addressing environmental and social issues of the project.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the CEO (NJHPC).
