  • The appointment for all these posts will be on a “Contract” basis initially for up to 5 years, with a possibility of extension till the age of superannuation (i.e., 60 years) with mutual consent.
  • Where the prescribed qualification is 1st Div./Class, only one 2nd class degree in the entire academic career from Matric onwards will be acceptable.
  • First class degree means a minimum of 60% marks for the annual system or CGPA 2.5 out of 4.0 for the semester system, and second class means a minimum of 50% marks for the annual system or CGPA 2.0 out of 4.0 for the semester system.
  • All educational certificates/diplomas/degrees must be obtained from government-recognized institutes.
  • The age limit for all the posts is between 18 to 35 years as of the closing date of the application.
  • Experience will be considered only if acquired after the minimum prescribed qualification for each post.
  • All requirements, including degrees, certificates, experience, courses, etc., must be completed by the closing date of the advertisement.
  • Only Pakistani nationals are eligible to apply; dual nationality holders are not eligible.
  • The appointment during the contract is subject to termination on thirty days’ notice on either side or payment of basic pay in lieu thereof, without assigning any reason.
  • Selected candidates may be appointed/posted anywhere in Pakistan, with initial appointments likely in Chashma (Mianwali) and Islamabad for certain posts.
  • Candidates already employed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations must apply through proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of Test/Interview.
  • Only candidates who fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria should apply. The candidature of those who do not fulfill the requirements may be canceled at any stage during/after the selection process.
  • Candidates may choose from 05 potential Test Centers (Islamabad, Chashma, Lahore, DG Khan, and Karachi). The finalization of Test Centers will be based on the number of applications for each post. In case of fewer applications for a particular center, candidates may be called for test/interview at another available center nearby.
  • Meeting the selection criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. Only shortlisted candidates may be called for test/interview.
  • No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
  • The organization reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the post(s) or reject any application at any stage without assigning any reason.
